Extra virgin olive oil obtained 100% from dry-farmed Argudell olive trees, a variety native to the Empordà, located in Vilamaniscle and Espolla.
It features an intense aromatic entry reminiscent of candied artichoke hearts and a fruity undertone of olives and green apples.
Additionally, it has herbaceous notes of tomato plants, as well as other vegetables and raw vegetables like eggplant.
The initial pungency may bring tears to our eyes, quickly overshadowed by its powerful bitter taste and astringency, which indicate a high concentration of plant antioxidants.
