About us
Our history started in 2022 in the Mas Pòlit, our family's country house in Vilamaniscle, a small hamlet in the Empordà region in north-eastern Spain.
Nestled at the foothills of the Alberes Natural Park, where the Pyrenees mountain range meets the Mediterranean Sea, the estate is the beating heart of Trull Mas Pòlit and home to our family since 1572.
We are born from the passion for the natural beauty that surrounds us and the desire to preserve native olive varieties.
We strive to follow the rhythms of the land we live in and to cherish its rich traditions, making high quality olive oil from our centuries-old olive groves.
The result is an olive oil that embodies the flavor, colors and aromas that we breathe here and that we strive to share with the world.
